Refund Policy
SERVICE PAYMENTS
Payments for HVAC services that have already been completed are generally non-refundable. Once labor has been performed or a service has been completed, the payment covers the technician’s time, labor, materials, and other service-related costs.
DEPOSITS AND PREPAYMENTS
Deposits or prepayments made for equipment, materials, special-order parts, or scheduled installation services may be non-refundable once the equipment or materials have been ordered, purchased, or specially allocated for the customer’s project.
If a project is canceled before equipment or materials are ordered, any eligible refund will be evaluated based on costs already incurred by UA Comfort Air, LLC.
EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS
Refunds or returns for HVAC equipment, parts, and materials are subject to the manufacturer’s and supplier’s return policies. Restocking fees, shipping charges, special-order fees, or other supplier charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Installed equipment and materials generally cannot be returned for a refund after installation.
CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request cancellation of a scheduled service or installation. Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if a technician has already been dispatched or if labor, equipment, materials, or other costs have already been incurred.

If you believe a service was not completed properly or you experience a problem following our service, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a reasonable opportunity to correct the problem in accordance with the applicable service warranty or agreement.
